Luxury Weekend Yoga Retreat at Swafield Hall, Norfolk

Indulge in the luxury of a weekend yoga retreat at Swafield Hall in the beautiful North Norfolk countryside, only 3 miles from the coast.

Your hosts Tim and Boris will welcome you to their beautiful home set in a truly outstanding rural settingwithin tranquil gardens and parkland.  Grade II listed 16th century Swafield Hall has a brick and flint Tudor north facade and a lime washed Georgian south elevation.  The historic interiors include the stunning 17 meter long vaulted ground floor hallway, with marble flooring and Georgian yellow walls and the chandeliers on the 18th century main staircase.  The rooms have all been recently refurbished to a very high standard and guests enjoy great views from all the bedrooms.

Experienced hatha yoga teacher Hester Clack (www.hesteryoga.co.uk) will help you to ease your body and mind; relax and re-energise throughout the weekend, guiding you through the yoga sessions with her clear and precise style of teaching.  She will guide you to get the most out of each session and meet your individual needs.  Hester is also trained as a Yoga Nidra instructor, a deep relaxation practice which boosts health and wellbeing.

Saturday

8am – morning energise (outside, weather permitting)

8.30am – breakfast

10.30am to 12.30pm – yoga and relaxation

1pm – lunch

Afternoon of free time  (Places to visit,  Swafield Hall location, nearest attractions )

5pm to 7pm – yoga and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation practice)

7.30pm dinner

Sunday

8am – morning energise (outside, weather permitting)

8.30am – breakfast

10.30am to 12.30pm – yoga and relaxation

1pm – lunch

2pm – depart

Per person pricing for the weekend includes yoga, accommodation & vegetarian meals.

There are a choice of rooms with options for couples, sharing or single occupancy.

Bathroom is shared with South Wing Twin (with lockable doors to the bathroom from both rooms).

Great view over the parterre garden and the main lawn.  Bathroom is shared with South Wing principal Bedroom, with lockable doors to the bathroom from both rooms.

East Wing apartment is situated in the oldest 16th century part of Swafield Hall.

200 square feet bedroom with exposed oak beams, an antique chandelier. Private en-suite bathroom with free standing cast iron bath overlooking the gardens.
